2. Returns
Return Window & Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging.
Returns for Bulk purchases (5 or more units) are not accepted.
If you purchased from a third-party website, their return policy will apply.
How to Initiate a Return

If the return is due to a quality issue, damage, or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal preference, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
3. Replacements
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it.
Replacement Process
Post approval replacement will be delivered in 2-5 working days.
Once approved, we will arrange for pickup and dispatch a replacement once the product reaches our warehouse.

Replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Returns or exchanges based on personal preference (e.g., disliking the color, design, or theme) are not eligible.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it OR before it has been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it, but return shipping costs will apply.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed immediately upon cancellation.
5. Refunds
Refund Process
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we’ll process the refund.
For COD orders, you’ll need to provide bank details for the refund.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund will be credited to original payment method in 7-14 business days.
